The 2025 J-400 units that have been running on our floor are marked down, inspected and fully warranted. What Ancaster has is what Ancaster has, so ask before you drive.
Bring a swimsuit and sit in the tub you are considering, filled and heated, with nobody hovering. Half an hour, by appointment, no charge.
From a plug-in Nordic for a Dundas side yard to the eight-seat J-509 for an Ancaster host, these are the tubs Hamilton buyers sit in most, all filled and running in the Meadowlands.
Four questions about your yard, your household and your schedule narrow 72 products to the two or three worth a wet test, and it takes less time than the drive down the Mountain.
In Hamilton a hot tub or sauna is the reward at the end of a hard-working day: the steelworker coming down the Mountain at midnight, the nurse off a twelve-hour shift, the Dundas couple squeezing a soak into a side yard laid out a century ago, all of them wanting heat that holds through an escarpment winter.
Hamilton backyards run the full range, from Ancaster and Dundas lots with mature trees to new builds in Binbrook and Stoney Creek, and a hot tub earns its keep here through long escarpment winters and humid summers alike. Our Ancaster showroom in the Meadowlands is the easiest place in the region to sit in a Jacuzzi, walk around a swim spa and step inside an infrared sauna before you decide.
The Wellness Shop at Jacuzzi Hamilton is at 1015 Golf Links Road in Ancaster, in the Meadowlands just off Highway 403, with free parking at the door. The floor has Jacuzzi J-200 through J-500 tubs filled and running, Nordic and Aquasolus tubs beside them, a swim spa you can climb into, and a Clearlight infrared cabin and a Serenity cedar sauna both heated so you can step inside. Bring a swimsuit and a towel and book a wet test, or just walk in and sit on the edges.
Off Highway 403 at Golf Links Road with free parking at the door, we are ten minutes from downtown Hamilton, Dundas and Waterdown and an easy drive from Brantford, Caledonia and Grimsby.
Book a wet test, bring a swimsuit, and find out in ten minutes whether a lounger or open seating suits your back before the money leaves your account.
Show our crew a photo of your gate, side yard or driveway and we tell you on the spot whether it is a dolly, a lift or a crane.
Markdowns on floor units and bundle pricing are quoted in person only, and the Red Tag 20% on new 2026 Jacuzzi stock is applied at our counter.

The Wellness Shop started as one local hot tub store and has spent 25 years growing into eight Ontario showrooms. When you buy in Ancaster, the sale, the delivery and every service call stay in Hamilton.
You're the One (That I Want) to Buy Canadian A heated lane from 12 to 19 feet that runs through a Hamilton winter and fits a lot that never had room for a pool, with pricing that starts at $59 bi-weekly OAC.
Clearlight full spectrum infrared cabins from $10,495 for the basement of a century home, and Canadian-built Serenity cedar saunas from $14,995 for a Flamborough or Caledonia yard, both heated on our floor.
Jacuzzi has been building hot tubs since 1956, and its PowerPro jets, CLEARRAY UV-C water care and SmartTub app are the reason Hamilton shift workers can warm the water from the parking lot before a two in the morning soak.
Nordic's round 110V plug-and-play tubs are built in Michigan and run off a standard outlet, which solves the full-panel problem on Flamborough farms and the narrow-gate problem in the lower city at once.
Our own Ontario series comes out of a USA factory with Thermal Shield insulation and a pair of 6 HP pumps, specified for escarpment winters rather than a mild climate, and priced for a trades household.
Built in Europe by Superior Wellness, Aquasolus puts a full size 6 or 7 seat tub in a Brantford or Binbrook yard from $10,995, with White Glove delivery already included in the price.
SwimLife's SwimExpert and SwimFit swim spas use ClearStream mineral water care and come in dual temperature layouts, so a Hamilton family swims in one end and soaks in the other all winter.
Clearlight full spectrum infrared cabins in Basswood or Mahogany fit under the low joists of an older Hamilton basement, and the True Wave heaters and cabin carry a lifetime warranty.
Serenity saunas are Canadian-made from cedar, knotty or clear, and take an electric or wood-burning heater, which matters on a Caledonia or Carlisle property where a new circuit is the expensive part.
We deliver and install across Hamilton, the Mountain, Ancaster, Dundas, Stoney Creek, Waterdown and out to Brantford and Grimsby, and our crews know the escarpment driveways and tight side yards that come with older Hamilton homes.

Not the model so much as the setup. The Mountain, Ancaster and Binbrook get more wind and a few more degrees of cold than the lower city, so we specify a heavier cover, a lifter that will not act like a sail and full-foam insulation, which every Jacuzzi has. If your yard faces open farmland to the west, a privacy screen or a fence panel on that side pays for itself in heating costs.
Usually, yes, and we see this every week in Hamilton, Dundas and Westdale. Most tubs travel on edge on a dolly and need roughly 90 centimetres of clear width plus a straight run, so a gas meter, a downspout or an air conditioner in the gap is what actually stops us. When the gap is too tight or the garage blocks the yard, a crane over the house takes about an hour and we arrange it as part of the delivery.
Our hot tubs start at $7,295 for the Nordic Sport All-In-110V and run to $39,595 for a fully loaded Jacuzzi J-500. Most families land between $18,000 and $30,000, or roughly $35 to $55 bi-weekly to start on the 0% for 12 months promotion, on approved credit. Every model on this site shows the current sale price, and the Hamilton showroom has floor-model and in-store offers on top of that.

Yes. Book a private wet test at the Hamilton showroom, bring a swimsuit, and we will have a tub filled and heated for you. It is the best way to know if a lounger or an open seating layout is right for you.
Jacuzzi is the premium choice: patented jets, the most advanced water care, the SmartTub app and the strongest resale value. Our Wellness Shop Ontario series is built in the USA with two 6 HP pumps and Thermal Shield insulation, and it saves you several thousand dollars for a similar seat count. Both are on the showroom floor so you can compare them side by side.
A well insulated hot tub with a good cover typically adds $30 to $60 a month to a hydro bill in winter, less in summer. Jacuzzi and Wellness Shop tubs use full foam insulation and Smart Seal covers built for our climate, and we can show you the ratings for any model in the showroom.
We will create your personal Red Tag voucher for the Hamilton showroom. Show it on your phone at the counter. It is valid for 7 days.
