The Wellness Shop began as a single local hot tub store and has grown over 25 years into eight showrooms across Ontario, from Barrie to London, with Hamilton served from the Meadowlands in Ancaster. Every showroom is run by Ontario staff, every delivery crew works out of an Ontario location, and every service call is handled by a technician who drives in from this side of the border.

We sell the brands people ask for by name. Jacuzzi has built hot tubs since 1956, and we are an authorized dealer with the full warranty behind every tub. Serenity saunas are built in Canada from Western red cedar. Our own Wellness Shop Ontario series was specified for the winters we get on the escarpment, with full foam insulation and covers that shrug off lake effect snow. Buying Canadian here means the money, the warranty and the service stay in the province, whichever brand you choose.

That matters most after the sale. A hot tub is a fifteen year relationship with whoever sold it to you. Water care refills, cover replacements, a pump under warranty in year four: all of that runs through the Ancaster showroom, with parts on the shelf and a crew that already knows your driveway.

Where each brand is built

We would rather tell you plainly. Serenity outdoor saunas are built in Canada from Western red cedar. Jacuzzi hot tubs and swim spas, and our own Wellness Shop Ontario series, are built in the United States. Nordic hot tubs come from Michigan. Aquasolus tubs are built in Europe by Superior Wellness. Whichever you choose, you buy it from a Canadian company and the Hamilton team delivers it, sets it up and services it.
